Discover credit cards for your convenience. Your credit card statement will show a charge from "Wurtsboro Veterinary Clinic".
Sales Tax
New York state and local sales tax are not collected on veterinary products sold through a veterinarian.
Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders
At this time, we accept orders here online, through the fax at 845-888-5479, and via
the US mail. We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email.
You should never send credit card numbers by email, as it is not a
secure practice! If you prefer to place your order by telephone, you can reach us at the Wurtsboro Veterinary Clinic at 845-888-4884.

We professionally package and ship all HyVitality products through the services of the US Postal Service.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling are always free at our store within the US.
International Shipping, Terms and Conditions:
For orders placed from outside of the US, there is a charge for shipping.
In the unlikely event that shipping charges are higher than estimated for international orders,
you will be notified by email before the charges are made to your credit
card.
You may be charged custom fees, duties or taxes by your country. These are separate from
your shipping cost and are billed directly to you. HyVitality.com has no control
over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
You are solely
responsible for these charges.
It is also your responsibility to make sure that the supplements you
order are allowed to be imported from the US. We suggest that you to
contact your local customs office before placing an order to review the
regulations for your particular country. For example, Australia does not allow import of products in this category at all but the U.K. does permit import with customs fees.
At this time, there is an additional $15 USD charge applied to international orders for shipping and handling. This will be automatically added to your cart at checkout.
